Raise The Tide is a nonprofit organization rooted in Polynesian values and built on the belief that “a rising tide raises all ships.” We bring people from all backgrounds together to build meaningful relationships, share knowledge, and connect with the opportunities Utah has to offer.
Through professional networking events across the state, we connect entrepreneurs, professionals, students, business leaders, and community members in a welcoming environment inspired by the Polynesian spirit of family, hospitality, service, and collective success.

Our Mission
Our mission began with a simple principle: creating opportunity within our community. We saw a significant gap between Utah’s Pacific Islander community and the economic, educational, and professional opportunities available across the state. We are committed to bridging that gap by connecting talented individuals with business leaders, mentors, resources, and meaningful opportunities—strengthening families, building prosperity, and raising the tide for everyone.
